“Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial).……

“The check-in process was terrible. The address they provided was slightly incorrect, so map apps couldn't get me directly there. The property management company also gave me an incorrect gate code, an incorrect building code and an incorrect door code. None of them worked, yet the person at the property management company just kept telling me to view their website portal and use the code. It took over an hour for the company to provide a working code. Once inside, the unit was as described. Very……

“The apartment was perfect, the pictures do no justice. Inma was very helpful providing places to check out and eat. The train is 3 blocks away from the apartment and the grocery store was 1 block. We will definitely book again!”

“Difficult to communicate with the hosts since he didn’t speak English, there is no heat. TV was bad, keeps going on and off. Overall though place was nice and hosts very nice. Would stay here again. ”

“Quiet. Clean. Secure. 24/7 concierge. Bed was a bit hard. Only had 1 long pillow for 2 people to share. Has washing machine but nowhere to hang out your clothes to dry so a bit pointless/inconvenient. The parking is also on street despite the building having a garage.”

“This chalet was perfectly placed for exploring both Alcala de Henares and Madrid, due to its location close to the train station, and the luxury of a wonderful pool at the end of a hot day was unbeatable! It's very well equipped, and the finishes are very nice.”
