Charming apartment located on the seafront of Torremolinos. The urbanization consists of a private pool, tennis court, gardens, concierge, and direct access to the beach (20 meters away).
The apartment is located on the third floor and it has an entrance, on the left a large bathroom with a shower. Then the master bedroom with double bed, closets, a chest of drawers, and access to the balcony. From the living room, you will also have access to the balcony with a table for four people and sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and utensils. There is also a washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen is modern and open to the living and dining room. The living room has two sofas, one of them a sofa bed and a large extendable table for up to 6 people.

We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.
A security deposit of 500€ must be paid in cash upon arrival, this will be returned on the day of departure.
* The pool is only open for a few months of the year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book must be 25 yo.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
