The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and from the entrance you walk into the living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa area and dining area with seats for 6 people. From the living room there is access to a small terrace with a table for 2, and stairs leading up to the roof terrace, which is the highlight of the apartment. On this south faced terrace there is garden furniture with seats for 6 people, 2 sun loungers and an electric BBQ. It makes for a really nice and relaxing area.
There is a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea from both the small terrace and the roof terrace.
There is 2 small bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Contains a double bed and a build in wardrobe and a separate wardrobe. There is direct access to the small terrace from this bedroom.
2nd bedroom: Contains 2 single beds. There is no wardrobe in this bedroom.
In addition to the 2 bedrooms, then the sofa in the living room can also be made to a sofa bed, which makes for 2 more sleeps.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned with heating and cooling.
With only a 15 minute walk away from Moltemar Alto train station, it makes it very easy to get to and from Málaga Airport, which makes it possible to get around without a rental car. It is also very easy to take the train to Málaga or some of the other cities along the Costa del Sol.
