Bon séjour au soleil

Comme les années précédentes nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’Estartit. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute de nos besoins et très sympathique.A proximité des commerces, de la plage et du grand marché du jeudi.Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines magnifiques. Très joli village, plages très belles. Le propriétaire est très sympathique nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Nous sommes très satisfait, conforme à l'annonce, appartement bien équipé, près de tout et une place de parking privative. Il manque un peu de vaisselle Loueur très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Propriété très bien place mais manque d insonorisation.

L appartement correct mais très bruyant on entend les voisins comme si on était chez eux ils font du bruit jusqu'à 1 h 30 du matin ce n est pas des vacances.malgre l intervention des propriétaires le problème ne fut pas résolu.

Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif: l'appartement est très bien situé, bien équipé et propre. Le seul bémol est la mauvaise insonorisation: nous entendions tous les bruits de robinets, de toilette, de chaises déplacées, de conversations notamment le soir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. L'appartement est très confortable, propre, avec de l'espace et une belle terrasse. A proximité de la mer et des commerces. Nous sommes enchantés par le site, l'estartit est une jolie ville face aux îles Medes.

appartement correspondant tout à fait à l'annonce. très bien situé ( commerces et plage à coté), très propre, très bien équipé, très bon accueil La seule remarque que je peux faire est qu'il y a un petit problème d'insonorisation mais qui n'est pas trop gênant. L'endroit est calme. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. je recommande sans problème.

schöner urlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der einzige Nachteil ist dass, es dort keine Klimaanlage gibt. Sie ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und in einer ruhigeren Gegend. Wir sind gut erholt zurück gekommen. Es war sehr schön.

Very good service owner (Genis)

Flawless booking and payment of the apartment via Homelidays and fantastic service from the friendly owner (Genis). Questions were immediately answered via the website and/or SMS. Also fast refund of bail money. The apartment as such was as described on the website. Very well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi-internet, satellite TV and private parking. However… this building has very thin walls and very bad or no sound insulation with as result that we could hear everything, and i mean e v e r y t h i n g, from the neighbours next to us, above and below us. In particular the residents next to us (Ap. 7) and above us (Ap. 10). These permanent residents have not the slightest respect for the tourist rentals. Starting at 06h30 we were awakened every morning by slamming doors, moving furniture, loud discussions etc… I counted 6 adults who stayed in the apartment next to us (nr 7) resulting in continious slamming doors and moving chairs/furniture. This was going on almost the whole day, even until midnight, so we left the apartment already at 10h00 and came back in the late afternoon. After a few days we bought some ear-plugs and Melatonin tablets to have at least some nightrest. We stayed 4 weeks and the last 2 weeks we had a Dutch couple right below us… we never heard something from these people ! The day before we left (Friday 22 june) they (ap. 7) had a party on the balcony, singing and yelling until 05h00. We had to leave at 07h00 to drive 1400 Km with practically no sleep… All this is not the fault of the owner but simply due to the bad attitude / behaviour of the Spanish residents. One other remark: the camping in front of the building caused absolutely NO problem at all although the numerous campers. Apartment as such and service owner: 5 Stars Environment / Neighbours / Noise: 1 Star

Basic, clean and adequate for a stay this time of year. No lift- hard work for seniors.

Quite noisy in the residence. Noise , even coughing etc can easily be heard.Building work was taking place both in and not far away from the residence.Owners very nice and welcoming.We like the area and enjoyed our stay

Very Good Value for Money

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is located a short walk from the beach and a well-stocked supermarket, also several good bars and restaurants. The centre of L'Estartit and the marina is also nearby, so you have everything within a walking distance without having to drive anywhere. The apartment is well equipped, with a good quality oven and hob, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The windows and the balcony overlook a campsite, which was thankfully quiet. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but a fan is provided. Overall, we thought the apartment was very good value for the price and very comfortable.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé à proximité de tout (mer à 3 minutes à pied, commerces, restaurants, centre ville). Il donne sur un camping calme et on peut apercevoir la mer de la terrasse. Fonctionnel et équipé d'un lave vaisselle, lave linge, ventilateur Le propriétaire est en plus tres sympa et fourni draps et serviettes. À recommander

Apartamento muy bien equipado, con buena situacion y precio ajustado

Hemos estado una pareja con nuestras dos hijas y la verdad es que el sitio esta muy bien ubicado. Esta muy cerca de la playa si no quieres moverte y es una zona muy tranquila. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y si quieres no hace falta ni coger el coche. La unica pega que puede tener es que no tiene ascensor para subir la silleta de los niños, pero la puedes dejar en la planta baja
