TREPUTXELL STUDIO 2-1

The Treputxell apartments in L'Estartit are located on the Molinet promenade, a charming pedestrian walkway by the sea with spectacular views. This is undoubtedly one of the most charming and privileged corners of the Costa Brava.



It is an ideal place to forget about the car during vacations, as you can walk everywhere: close to the port, the small Molinet beach right in front, shops, restaurants, diving centers, and near the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.



This small building of only 7 apartments has an entrance from the Molinet promenade at beach level and another entrance from Cap de la Barra street, with approximately 50 meters of slight ascent.



It features a communal pool and terrace with stunning views, where you can relax and enjoy with your family. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation for a price of 5€ per person. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning/heat pump.



There is no parking available, but there is communal wifi.

The stay was excellent, the view divine, it was magic, only marred by a 10am check out, VRBO gave no check in/out times, we were only staying 2 nights. The check in time for this property is after 5pm and check out at 10, the agents Torrent wee very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 12, which was lovely for us. Please VRBO put your check in and out times, thank you for an excellent stay, there is an excellent little Tapas bar on the ground floor and amazing views - what more could you want!!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir hatten 3 Wochen einen super schönen Urlaub. Die Lage war traumhaft und die Leute super nett. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine sehr coole Tapazbar/Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen. Preiswert und leckere Gerichte. Bedingt durch die Tapazbar im EG ist es am Abend im Appartement sehr unruhig. Unsere Wohnung war super ausgestattet mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Küchenutensilien wenig aber ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit des Appartements leider nur befriedigend. Die Kommunikation mit dem örtlichen Vermietungsbüro war hervorragend. Kurzum ist der Ort Estartit sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig sehr zu erreichen. Auch viele Boutiquen laden zum bummeln ein.

Magnifique vue sur le port et la petite plage. Grand balcon et baies vitrée pour apprécier en permanence ce cadre. Literie confortable. Attention la climatisation donne directement sur le lit. La propreté de la vaisselle et du lieu de vie aurait pu être nettoyée correctement un et un petit coup de neuf pour le service de couvert et de saladier serait le bienvenu. . Perfect stay

We really enjoyed the view and the lication of the studio. The communication with cei group was perfect. When we arrived, we found a dirty blanket but they changed it immediately when we requested it. The place is near by the Harbour and restaurants, the ideal spot for divers to spend a week of diving holidays.

Appartement correct lieux fabuleux , tranquille ... En 1 semaine de location, la cage d d'escalier n a pas été nettoyer. Le sol était rempli de sable et de grosses taches de sang . Pas top !!!!

Appartement agréable. Au pied de la plage,à 200m des clubs de plongée. Seul bémol, il est très compliqué de garer la voiture. Tous les parkings sont payants
