Schöne Lage

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit tollem Pool. Es liegt erwas abgelegen auf dem Berg, zum entspannen perfekt, allerdings ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen. Die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Overall experience

The villa was immaculately clean. Shame it’s in the shade most of the day which made it chilly at this time of year. The pool was dirty and only half full, I like to cold swim so this was a disappointment. The living room had no lamps which made it gloomy in the evenings, we brought the lamps in from the bedrooms and logs to make a fire which made it more homely. The 5 ft double bed was comfortable and the main bedroom was cosy. I’m sure in the summer months the villa will be lovely and cool.

wunderschöne Lage mit herrlicher Panorama-Aussicht auf Berge und Landschaft

Wir wurden freundlich von der Besitzerin empfangen, die uns zum Haus in den Bergen gelotst hat. (Ohne Navi sonst nicht leicht zu finden.) Von Torrox Pueblo sind es etwa 5km. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist optimal. Das Haus wird als Casa Rural Basic kategorisiert, was zutrifft. Die Technik könnte noch modernisiert werden (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Beleuchtung im Wohnraum). Das Bett war bequem. Wegen der Lage und des Außenbereichs hatten wir das Haus ausgesucht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden noch positiv übertroffen. Wir fanden Lage und Ausblicke überwältigend. Angenehm ist auch, dass man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonnen-oder Schattenbereiche findet. Der Pool war sehr sauber und lud zu Blicken in die Landschaft ein.

Nous remercions L. pour son accueil et amabilité au top. L'accès au logement est escarpé mais c'est le gage d'une vue exceptionnel de la baie de Nerja. Logement propre, sain et pratique. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 & 8 ans et nous nous sentions en sécurité. La piscine est comme dans un rêve. Attention à bien fermé le portail sinon vous aurez une visite des chiens errant à proximité. Les points à améliorer seraient la mise en place d'une Clim, de moustiquaires et une plancha.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wer abseits der großen Tourismusströme in traumhafter Umgebung Ruhe finden und trotzdem nicht abgeschieden sein möchte ist in der Villa Montemar genau richtig. Herrlicher Blick auf Berge und das Meer inklusive. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind wunderbar, die Inneneinrichtung allerdings zum Teil recht "angestaubt".

Montemar- herrlicher Blick auf Berge und Meer

Die Villa Montemar in den Bergen oberhalb von Torrox Pueblo mit Blick auf Frigiliana und die Gebirgsketten östlich davon ebenso wie auf die Bucht von Nerja bis zum Cerro Gordo macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Wir haben vor allem den Außenbereich und die Ruhe fernab des Tourismus genossen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut und im Stil vieler spanischer Landhäuser eingerichtet. Hier und da könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Aber alles ist sauber, und man kann sich wohlfühlen. Der Pool ist gepflegt und bietet zudem eine tolle Aussicht. Es gibt aber keinen Nichtschwimmerbereich und keine Heizung des Beckens. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Sie holte uns an einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt an der Autobahnabfahrt ab und lotste uns zum Haus.
