The location was top notch and we enjoyed the terrace. The air conditioning unit leaked the entire time we were there, though. I mean, like it filled up the champagne bucket ten times over. However, the room stayed cool.

We werent so sure about booking this hotel as it was only a 2 ☆ we just needed a quick week in the sun. Yhe hotel was keyless uou had a unique number to enter the building and it was the same with the room so no worrying about keys or card enties the room was clean the housekeeping was excellent. We were so impressed weve booked the same room for 2 weeks in September/October

El hotel esta bien aunquebastante impersonal todo, ya que todo el trato es virtual. No puedes acceder a las habitaciones antes de las 3 pero te tienes que ir a las 11. Por suerte, puedes dejar el equipaje en taquillas.

The whole hotel had a weied smell like body odor. Even our room smelled like body odor, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t actually clean between guests.

It's worth reading to the end if yiire considering staying here. Check in codes were not sent before arrival despite checking in online 24 hours before arriving. I had to call and text back and forth to get in. Upon entering the room we discovered the A/C condenser was leaking on the tiled floor and the toilet cistern was broken. RV hotels said they would have someone look that afternoon. They did not. That evening we found that the shower drain was blocked and overflowed onto the floor and the exterior blinds were seized meaning the bright light from outside was pouring through the thin curtains as you tried to sleep. Contact was made to the remote staff, again help was promised but it didn't show up for any of the issues we had in our room over our 3 night stay. I escalated to Hotels.com for resolution, they said the hotel has 24 to 72 hours to respond, pretty useless for a 3 day stay. Peak season prices were hard to swallow after discovering the lack of maintenance in our room and the general up keep of the whole building. The entrance looks nice but that's about it. They are cheaping out on air conditioning, the common areas such as the dining/lounge area were the same temperature as the outdoors, 30 degrees +. The only saving grace was the location, close to the beach with a great store next door. Be aware the parking is 40€+ per 24 hours unless you are willing to walk 12 to 15 mins each way. Lovely town, try and find somewhere other than this hotel to stay.

The hotel itself had outdated rooms and poor ac. There is no staff nor physical check in. Although for the price you pay to stay here you r getting a clean room and a big balcony. You get what you pay for… Additionally, the person responding to messages on WhatsApp was slow and ignorant to provide to your needs.

Pros: Clean room. Hotel is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Cons: Old building. Doors (room and balcony) and windows are still original wood frame from the 60s. Noise level from hallway and street traffic, starting around 5:30 am, was too loud. There are three steps you need to go up right as you exit the elevator in every floor. Check in process for me was smooth, but the lobby was packed with guests trying to understand how to access their rooms as there are no staff at all. They were on their phones trying to reach someone from customer service. The online check in process is not ideal.
