“A very disappointed experience!
I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water!
The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and……

“I feel bad reviewing this, I did not want to share this place with anyone, so not to spoil it, but I want to help the owners succeed. This place is amazing, but they don't know how to sell their fish. It is a thousand times better than advertised. Just book it. ”
