Ground floor: the apartment may be dark and have limited ventilation.
Old building, not fully renovated, exactly as shown in the photos.
Older shower room with a small shower.
No air conditioning: the apartment can be warm in summer.

Compans Caffarelli district, central and pleasant.
The Japanese Garden just a few minutes’ walk away.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés in the immediate vicinity.
Quick access to the city center and the main points of interest.
PARKING
No parking space included.
Paid street parking directly in front of the apartment.
ACCESS & CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Self check-in via a key lockbox.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone only in case of emergency).

We are a property management and concierge service managing privately owned apartments. This is not a hotel. Each property has its advantages as well as its constraints (ground floor, old building, light, amenities). Our goal is to ensure you book with full awareness.
