The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this flat for rent in Toulouse. It's in a lovely, quiet location with parking, near the Patte d'Oie metro station (line A), and not far from the Clinique Pasteur and the Zénith. Located on the 2nd floor, this 42 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and comprises a lounge, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and a parking space. Shared swimming pool. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- Lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV, dining area with table and chairs. Access to the balcony
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and wardrobe
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, mirror and drawers

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
