  • Spend a quiet stay, at the foot of the lake of Saint Ferréol. The house consists of a living-dining room, 1 kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 TVs (living room and master bedroom), high-speed internet. House equipped with air conditioning in the living room, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Outside: Enjoy a beautiful terrace, a garden, a swimming pool to relax, a ping-pong table, a pergola to spend good meals (with friends or family) at noon and in the evening (BBQ) and relax. 8 minutes walk (through the pine forest) from the lake of Saint-Férreol: leisure centre, restaurants, ice cream parlours... Beautiful 5 km walk around the lake.

Très jolie villa, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Conforme à nos attentes.Extérieur idéal pour le farniente au calme au bord de la piscine et les repas à l'ombre sur la terrasse. Literies très confortables. L'hôte est vraiment gentil, discret et respectueux des horaires. Nous recommandons.
