There is also an adjoining garage. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, 1 double bedroom with two 80x200cm single beds, and 1 smaller bedroom with a 90x200cm bunk bed for two singles), a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a veranda (unheated in winter), and a barbecue. There is a relaxing garden with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Wi-Fi (very fast fiber optic).
Electric heating and double glazing, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner are available. A crib, high chair, booster seat, and baby bath are available free of charge upon request. Pets allowed (dogs only, maximum 2). Linens and towels are included in the weekly price. Cleaning fees are included in the rental price. There is no electric charging station, but a reinforced socket, allowing you to safely charge your electric or hybrid vehicle (also for charging electric bikes), is installed in the garage.
An additional charge will be required for electricity consumption when recharging car and bicycle (valid all year round). A meter reading will be taken in the tenant's presence upon arrival and departure.
Electricity charges are included up to 8 kWh/day; beyond this, the additional charge will be billed at the current rate based on actual consumption, both off-peak and peak hours (only between September and May).
