「Fantastic property and wonderful location. The private location is very secure and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The owner was away but his son looked after us during our stay. Communication was good and we would recommend this property. 」

「Es ist eine saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit einer prima Ausstattung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber,mit einem tollen Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Jaqueline was super. Sie ist nett und antwortet rasch. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, richtig gut zum abschalten und entspannen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Aber leider gibt es hier trotzdem von uns einen Punkt Abzug. Da der Strand nicht in fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen ist (etwa 13 Gehminuten)und auch...

「A vrai dire je suis déçu parce que la piscine n'était pas ouverte et je l'ai appris en téléphonant la veille. J'ai demandé à avoir une remise du prix initial. L'employé m'a dit qu'il transmettait à sa direction et que nous aurions sûrement une réduction du tarif. Or je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. C'est bien regrettable !」

「Joli petit appartement avec sa grande terrasse privative dans un environnement d’exception, intérieur refait à neuf, bel accueil en direct par les propriétaires」

「Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Francine. L’appartement est idéalement situé (5 min à pied de la plage Nartelle) et dispose de tout le confort pour une famille (Clim, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, transat, parasol et petite chambre où nous avons fait dormir notre bébé de 7 mois). Le clic clac est très confortable. Merci pour les bons plans :)」

「My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good.」

「Magnifique vue sur la baie de Figueirette depuis la grande terrasse. Voiture indispensable pour faire ses courses et profiter de la côte. Accès à la mer en 10 min à pied, et accès au massif de l’Estérel derrière l'appartement en 20 min à pied. Piscine très agréable. 」

「Summary: It was a wonderful summer vacation by the sea. The apartment's location was perfect for beach visits in Frejus, visting Sainte-Maxime and St.Trope, or spontaneous restaurant visits in Les Issambres.The house was as described and large enough for us, two adults and two children (14 and 9). 「We stayed as a family of four (2A, 2C) at the apartment for a week in early August 2023. The apartment is well stocked, a good size and has plenty of shaded and sunny parts within the garden. A walk of 10-15 mins to a lovely beach. Close to the train station for trips to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The shared pool was quiet and warmed in the sun. We drove to the shops for groceries but some are walking distance. Check in and out was easy, providing times for meet/greets. The parking space...

「Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. Diese sind aber mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen.」

"I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views. **Pros:** - Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. - Clean, well-equipped room. **Cons:** - Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room. - Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night. - While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest. I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows. "
