「I have been to Jamaica 7 times and this was the first time I was disappointed. The pictures are well done because I got lodging fished. It has potential, needs some TLC and friendlier staff.

「I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
