There was one exception I believe should be addressed: we brought our little weiner dogs with our cross-country trip for a number of reasons. But the carpet had many pet stains on it. The room didn't have any odor, which is great. But I wanted to ask how do I not get charged for all of the existing stains? My dogs were brought outside many times so they didn't do anything to add to the existing stains. So, other than my question/concern, I would like to make one final observation: the accessible shower(why we had an accessible room is no issue) wand is placed where it's easy to get alot of water on the floor of the bathroom even with the shower and curtain closed. I spent many years in the building and accessible codes, and may review another cose-complying location to save lots of issues with the property and suit(s) if someone slipped on the floors.
