「Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this place to others. 「The place was neat and clean. Had a couple of little issues (had to get milk from office for our tea, keypad didn't work to exit the property) but overall it was a nice place to stay for a night.」

「Fantastic motel, easy parking, quick check in and short walk to great fish and chip shop. Even though they were super busy the rooms are super quiet and spacious with no outside noise heard. Well set out with air fryer, fry pan and microwave so you reheat and eat in your room. 」

「The Palmer Collective is centrally located in Townsville. It has its own bar and restaurant and this is the highlight of the property. The rooms are quite small, and unless I am mistaken servicing is only changing any towels and making the bed. If it is supposed to include light cleaning of the shower, toilet and basin then this is not done at all. We stayed her on two occasions and the biggest problem we had was the cleanliness of the service, when done. Nor is there any information available...
