A Great Getaway Destination
This is a quaint, "clean" and hospitable cottage to enjoy a getaway in a quiet neighborhood with a Lake Erie view. A great choice rather than a hotel/ motel scene with abundant indoor and outdoor space. All amenities you need would need are there. Dinese is a great host. Try it out!

Awesome get away
We came up for the eclipse and had a peaceful time in the cabin. It was great to let the kids walk down to the beach and playground while I sat on the couch and read. Great restaurants near the cabin. Would stay here again.

Wonderful cottage
The cottage is clean, updated, pretty, has everything you could need. The area is perfect for having my 4 year old grandchild stay with us, splash pad and great climbers, beach, ice cream shop and restaurant within walking and for me a coffee shop. Perfect!

Beautiful Cottage
Roomy, clean, well-stocked linens and kitchen items, quiet neighbourhood, nicely decorated. Loved sitting on the front deck with morning coffee watching the weather over the lake. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very relaxing stay
It’s a very nice cottage equipped with almost everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay. Denise is very nice. Amazing location!
We loved staying at the cottage. There's a beautiful view of the water and the house is super cute and cozy. They had everything we needed, including a bike to ride to the wineries. The beach and an amazing park is a short walk down the road. We really enjoyed our stay, we'll definitely be back.

Great cottage in Colchester
Very clean and cute cottage in Colchester!! This was our second time staying. Denise was a great host, and we will return to the property again sometime. Beautiful Property, Fully Stocked, has everything you need!
We loved our stay so much, my 7 year old daughter loved the beach and the park with the splash pad. Such a beautiful area, very quiet and very clean! I was honestly surprised with how well stocked the cabin was, they even had a Bluetooth speaker to play music as well as an outside leash to put your dog on. They have everything here that you would need, we really enjoyed the outdoor covered canopy and the fire pit. The hosts were very responsive and even checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful
What a beautiful Cottage in a perfect location! Walking distance to Colchester beach and splash pad.restaurant nearby also.bike rental nearby too if you are looking to do that. Nice quiet neighbourhood Denise was always easy to reach out to and was prompt to reply. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfy too! Will definitely return someday!

Perfect spot
The property and location was perfect for a day trip to Pelee Island. Host answered any questions immediately. Loved sitting outside and watching the many beautiful birds and the view of Lake Erie. Would definitely recommend to anyone else heading up that way.

Just what we were looking for
A little get away with two of our grandchildren and this cottage checked off all our boxes. Clean, roomy, very well equipped kitchen. Lovely front deck with a view of the lake and a great sitting area in back complete with a fire pit. Very short walk to park, splash pad and beach and restaurants. The experience was even made better by our attentive and kind hosts Denise and Jeff. Looking forward to our next stay

Our stay was amazing. The pictures don’t do justice! Everything was clean. Easy to find and check in. Denise checked in while we were there to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Super close to everything. Beach is a short walk away.

An excellent cottage holiday
An extremely comfortable and spacious cottage. Well stocked and very clean kitchen with modern appliances. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Loved the way the cottage was decorated. Sitting on the porch with wine or coffee with a view of the lake just a lovely peaceful setting. Beach and playground a five minute walk. Lots of great outings in the area.

Great cottage
We've stayed several tunes and always enjoy it. You can sit on the porch and watch the water: or takr really short walk to the park or beach. We've never had any troubles and the hosts always respond quickly to the minor hiccups. Everything you need right there. Great place, great hosts.

Very Nice!
This cute little house was just the right amount of space for our group. Arrived to a clean, well maintained cabin. As you get working in the kitchen, you'll find practically every item you'll need. We even found a pet bowl and a small thermos to take on an outing! The bathroom is spacious and full of towels! Each bedroom was tastefully decorated and had extra linens and a ceiling or stand fan. The mattresses in the bunk beds could use an upgrade but the sheets were crisp! We did notice that, probably with Covid, there were many businesses that had closed, or had reduced hours. Hard to find breakfast place or a good scoop of ice cream. The beach was well maintained and the sunset view was incredible! All things considered, we all agreed that this was a great little spot!

Best cottage I have ever rented
As soon as we approached the cottage you knew it was going to be fantastic because the outside was lovely and well kept. The inside was so clean and fresh and stocked with everything you would need for cottage life. So clean and comfortable and light and airy. We already rented for next year!

Great place for a family vacation
Denise and Jeff are fantastic hosts and have a very nice property. The cottage was very clean and plenty spacious enough for our family of 4. We appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dog, and that they acommodate shorter stays - we booked for 5 days/4 weeknights. It's a 4 minute walk to the beach, splash pad and playground, which was perfect for us. We didn't make it to the wineries but they are only a short drive as well. Lots to do in the area if you want more than a beach vacation. Happy to rate our stay 5 stars!

Summer getaway
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is beautiful, very clean and has so many amenities! It is situated in a cute little neighbourhood and walking distance to a few restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch enjoying the water views and spending time on the beach. Denise was wonderful and very prompt at answering any questions we had. We were sad to go and cannot wait to return next year! Thanks so much for a wonderful relaxing much needed getaway!

Lovely Colchester get-away
We rented this lovely cottage in Colchester for three days. It is situated across the road from the lake with homes and cottages on the opposite side of the road. There is a great view of the lake from the living room but no direct access to the water or beach. The cottage is well cared for and very, very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and there is a large, new BBQ out back as well as a huge screened-in gazebo. Towels and linens are also provided and if you happen to forget shampoo or shower gel you'll find that there, too! In the laundry room there is washer and dryer and even an iron. This cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I am already hoping to get back there in the Fall!

Long weekend getaway to celebrate decades of friendship
This was the most perfect spot for a weekend away. Just 4 moms looking to chill and have some laughs together. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. Beautiful view, close to all amenities and wineries. Everything was organized and easy to use. Ceiling fans in the rooms, portable fans if needed, firewood stocked outside, and they already had the ice made. Little touches like this made the weekend super smooth. Situated in a friendly neighborhood but still very quiet. We enjoyed this place so much and hope to make it an annual stay :) Thank you Denise and Jeff!

A lovely, quiet seaside getaway
This little house is just perfect for a quiet, seaside getaway - AND it's pet-friendly!! I met up with a friend from college and brought my pup and we had a lovely long weekend. This property is directly across the street from Lake Erie. A short walk through the neighborhood gets you to a nice park situated just above a beach with a pier and dock. Even in November, this was a beautiful place (and not even too cold) to walk. The house itself was super clean and furnished beautifully. A TV is available to play movies if you bring them (or choose from the ones they have). I also love all the outdoor seating options - front porch lounge chairs as well as a nice little back yard with a fire pit!. A great getaway into a quiet countryside - especially great for wine lovers as there's the EPIC Winery route nearby. Would definitely rent this little house again. Denise is great with communication and the process to access the property was seamless.

We and another adult couple loved our stay! Lovely little cottage, so close to the beach for little walks. Nice fire pit. On the cool side for us in October, so we didn't get to use much of the patio, but beautiful none the less. Might very well be back some day!

Perfect family get away

Great place to stay!!
We really enjoyed staying here - my wife and I, and her 2 sisters. Very spacious - large bedrooms. Everything that we could need was there even down to pantry items. the outdoor seating was great 9 our favorite was the adorondick chairs. Fire pit was great, Friendly neighboour across the laneway too. The only minor suggestions would be to have access to the cd player to move to living room and to have a clock in dining room. We thouroughly emjoyed ourselves and highky recommend this property to anyone
