「It’s a as smoky room non smoker even can step in so we didn’t stay there and request you guys for refund. Even we told the manager but she don’t have any room available and she suggested that ask Expedia for refund. After that we called you but still haven’t got any positive response or refund . If you can make it asap it would be appreciated. Thanks」
