"Upon arrival, I hadn’t even reached the counter yet and the front desk agent was already asking for my name and reservation — a bit abrupt, honestly. Would’ve preferred a more relaxed check-in experience.
That said, the rest of the stay was great! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a small issue, but Nattamon helped us through text, which was quick and efficient — really appreciated that.
Breakfast was a highlight with lots of options: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, and a hot spread with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Everything tasted great.
Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

"Very convenient to airport with free transportation. Clean, comfortable renovated room. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and nice outside pool. Some airport hotels are noisy; this one is quiet! Room equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. I would stay here again!
