Quiet retreat

It was such a lovely stay at the Edgewater. I loved my stay here so much. The house was the perfect size for me and I loved all the outdoor seating.

Perfect family getaway!

The location of the home is perfect. We have a 4 year old as well as older kids so being my the playground and the lake was great. We will be back!

Wonderful quick getaway

This place is a small slice of Heaven. Beautiful Lakeside view. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this 5 Star place!!!

Incredible spot, peaceful stay

This tiny home had everything we needed and more. The grounds are stunning. The playground next door is close enough the kids could go play with us sitting on the porch but also far enough away that when other kids were playing on it we couldn't hear them. We would love to come back.

Weekend getaway

Quiet and cozy. Perfect place to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting. The tiny house was very nice with a modern rustic feel. Clean and comfortable. Love it.

This house is perfect. Lake front. Huge deck. Very spacious yet secluded . Comes with everything you need to cook. Although bring charcoal grill is not propane. Only complaint is there were no trash bags left . And faucet in bathroom has no pressure & little water. Small fixes but everything else was amazing .

Quick trip to Tracy City

After a full day of hiking, we spent the night at Edgewater. Perfect size for two, and nice quiet location for a fire and a glass of wine. Overall the development had great rustic feel with all the amenities we wanted.

Peaceful, relaxing weekend getaway!!

From the beginning of the booking process to check out, everything went smoothly. Great communication, answering any question I had, easy to follow directions. Edgewater home was perfect from the time we stepped inside….clean, well stocked and so comfortable. Nice lake view and easy walk to the water. We would and probably will be staying here again. I would give this house and the entire tiny home village 10 stars, if possible. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed in this wonderful little home for Father’s Day weekend and it was just what we were hoping for! The screened in porch was relaxing to sit out in while we watched it rain and the playground was just outside the house which we loved since we have two kiddos. Our girls could run around in the public space and playground while we enjoyed chats on the back porch and view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals! We enjoyed mountain biking in Sewannee and hiking nearby as well! We will be back and next time we will bring the paddle boards!

Peaceful

The property itself is very peaceful. You can enjoy the lake view while watching wildlife including a pair of large red headed woodpeckers that have a nest right outside on the right of driveway high in that dead tree. The bed is comfortable (very important to us) plenty of linens and the convenience of a washing and dryer . Upstairs loft looks like it would be ok for smaller kids but an adult can not stand up in it . It a bit too expensive for a small space. If they removed the cleaning fee it would be more reasonable. Bathroom door won’t close all the way and needs so work. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
