「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「When we arrived, we were very disappointed to learn that the room we got what not the upgraded room I had paid for from the booking agency. It was a Mother’s Day trip for my mom and the hotel was full so we were stuck with it for three nights. The pull out sofa bed was horrible for my son and there were stains on it as well as the curtains in that room. On nights 4 & 5, we were able to be moved into the suite I had reserved. 「The only draw back was the lack of ice, the one machine I found was always empty. They need another machine for the other side where we stayed. The main pool and hot tub was down for one day but it may have been a real failure not just low occupancy IDK. 」

「Fantastic stay here, was not the first time and won’t be the last! The bathroom was remodeled since our last stay as well, which was a nice surprise. The only issue encountered, the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor with a special needs child. That was a major challenge to navigate. Luckily we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would’ve had to make different arrangements. Wish they had let us know before we stayed, however our stay was ultimately pleasant regardless of this issue....
