"This hotel is all about location. You are about 15 minutes from Crater Lake. I was unaware of the shared bathroom. Also, in the area of Union Grove there is basically no wifi. Even though lodge said they have it on website, when we arrived they said it was hard ti get. Not a big deal for many, just something to be mindful of."

"I loved this hotel! Even though I stayed for only one night, it felt like I was on a real vacation. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There were streaming options for the tv which is helpful for me as I had my 3 young children with me. I asked to be on the ground floor so we wouldn’t make too much noise, and even though I was on the 4th floor instead we couldn’t hear other patrons and I don’t believe they could hear us! It felt nice to have that privacy. The staff as nice and extremely helpful. The pool was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and the parking was easy to maneuver! Excellent stay!"

"The bathrooms were the best of the 3 different places I stayed at. Clean worked well. Surprised it didn’t have the updated corner shower. I thought Motel 6 started that renovation around 10 years ago. I thought all would be updated by now. And no shampoo provided. Didn’t need much else."

"The staff was very helpful The only thing is not sure on towel situation maybe they need to order more towels for the pool and the hotel in itself. The lifeguard that monitors the pool needs to tone it down a little bit with the kids and all on the tile situation we go there to pay and have family fun and not worry about how many towels we can be used. Breakfast was good Like I said, the staff the maids upfront desk. Everyone was wonderful and helpful.."
