"Nous avons passés un agréable sejour. L'espace collectif est spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnelle et la décoration agréable. La maison est conforme a l'annonce. Par contre nous avons eu des aleas (exemple internet qui ne fonctionne pas, les contenaires a poubelles deja plein a notre arrivée)et le proprietaire na pas repondu ni aux messages ni au téléphone...manque de communication sur place. Pour finir le menage etait sommaire a notre arrivée. Et abritel nous a dit que nous n'avions pas a faire...

"Hébergement annulé à la dernière minute! Je ne crois pas au dégât des eaux , excuse honteuse, propriétaire sans scrupule...Impossible de trouver une autre réservation , tout était complet Très mauvaise expérience avec Abritel malgré l'assurance à laquelle nous pouvions prétendre....Je ne recommande pas et ne compte pas en rester là... "

"We hadden een huisje gehuurd vlak bij Cap Frehel.Het huisje zag er zeer goed uit. Het in- en uitchecken was fijn te noemen. Olivier is een aardige man die ons op een paar interessante punten en plaatsen in de omgeving wees.Als we weer een keertje in de buurt zijn dan zouden we het huisje weer graag huren."

"villa joliment décorée et meublée. Beaucoup de place pour une famille (6 ad et 2 enfants). Un très bon accueil. Sa situation proche de la plage est un plus. Très grande piscine mais avec un seul regret sa profondeur qui n'est pas idéale pour les petits enfants (il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif je pense). Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et nous vous conseillons cette villa."

Refait à neuf avec goût et simplicité, les pieces à vivres, chambres et salles de bains sont spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles pour accueillir 3 couples, 3 enfants et 2 bébés sans être l'étroit. Le jardin arboré est tout aussi agréable pour profiter du beau temps. L'accès à la plage est direct via une piste cyclable, compter une petite demi-heure à pieds ou 5 minutes en voiture. "L'annonce précise une propriété de 160 mètres carré sur un terrain de 1200 mètres carré. L'habitation fait plutôt un peu plus de 100 mètres carré et le terrain 500 mètre carré. Nous n'aurions pas réservé. Les gérants semblent avoir abandonnés l'idée d'entretenir le bien : nettoyage à l'arrivée fait au minimum, à regarder de près, les placards et la vaisselle ne sont pas vraiment propres. La batterie de cuisine est très usée (poêles brulées, couvercles non adaptés par ex). La plaque de cuisson...

"J’ai passé une très agréable semaine dans ce gîte, en campagne mais non loin de Matignon, un bourg très vivant et pourvu de toutes les commodités. Il fait bon vivre dans cette maison dont le jardin entièrement clos et bien entretenu regorge d’oiseaux. Le propriétaire est très gentil et facile à contacter en cas de besoin."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Brit Hotel. Conveniently situated away from the busy traffic behind a tractor store. Surrounded by lovely green lawns. The rooms were comfortable with real glassware and coffee mugs. We appreciated this touch as it is unusual for a short stay hotel."
