We got a very warm welcome by Anne who also gave us some good recommendations for dinner. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Nice views out of the room to the bay of Tramore. City center is a 20-30min walk which also gives you the chance to have great views to the bay. The breakfast was great and Anne and her husband have been very friendly. We can defnitely recommend a stay here!

This was a wonderful BnB! The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, our room was very well equipped, the location was perfect, and breakfast was delicious--everything you could ask for!

Tom and his wife were so incredibly friendly and welcoming! As a solo female traveller it is difficult to find locations like this where you are made to feel so safe in someone's home! The room was beautiful and looked out to the ocean and the beach was only a 4 minute drive aware! (You could walk as well). They have 2 beautiful pups which love to great new welcomers and helped made the missing of my home a little easier. The breakfast was also DELICIOUS and a great way to start the day. I am sad I only had the opportunity to stay one evening, but if ever I come to Ireland again, I will absolutely be back.

The location is wonderful, unfortunately we only stayed one night and did not get out to enjoy the area as it was very windy and raining, lived the house and breakfast was wonderful as well. Highly recommend

The Hosts are delightful, and breakfast was wonderfully prepared. A short walk will get you down to the Ritz Pub, and there were local musicians playing the night we stopped in. The property is in a nice development it was quite comfortable and clean, and you can see the ocean from it, but its not walkable to the down town if thats important (it wasn't for us).

If you have time on your hand, this is the place to stay, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome from Tom and Ann, as for the breakfast, fantastic, delicious. Tramore has a beautiful beach, and the walk from the guest house was picturesque and bracing ! The view from our bedroom had an amazing sea view. Thank you Tom and Ann

Unfortunately this couple arrived at 11.20 p.m. when all our other guests were in bed. Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. We do facilitate later check-ins on request. However, after 6 p.m. the rooms can be released and re-let unless we hear from the guests to say they have been held up. In this case, unfortunately, there was no communication, not even a phone call. We believed it was a 'No Show'. As a B&B we have a duty to all our guests to ensure they have a pleasant stay and are not unduly disturbed, consequently we do not allow bookings late at night. We did honour the booking but we did not have to.

Shower stall door was VERY narrow... could barely fit through. Soundproofing not the best. Breakfast was good and host was accommodating. Good sized common room.

Best BnB in Ireland!!
Anne and Tom were outstanding hosts. They treated us like family, greeting us with an unexpected but greatly appreciated afternoon tea. The view was something again. The outlook with the full moon over Tramore Bay from the front window was breathtaking. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night!! Thanks Anne and Tom. Slante!!

First of many Irish B&Bs.
Very welcoming hosts. Nothing too much trouble. The room was a little too cramped as was the bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Great range and served in a fine room. Parking is a problem so we parked on the street. Probably isn't a problem as the neighborhood seems safe.

Fantastic B&B with wonderful host
We were welcomed by Ann and felt at home from the start. We received an upgrade and had the family room so my daughter had her own room, amazing! Breakfast was superb, a huge choice and the food was delicious. What made our stay so enjoyable next to the cleanliness and facilities, was Ann's attention for all her guests, it was meeting a friend. We'll go there again should we go to the area.

Great B&B close to beach and town near Waterford!
We had a lovely, albeit short, one night stay at Fern Hill. Our hosts, Anne and Tom, were among the nicest, friendliest (and funniest) people we met on our trip to Ireland. They both had lots of advice regarding sightseeing and meals and the area in general. We really enjoyed conversing with them about Ireland and our plans. We felt like we made friends in Tramore!
