「Check-in was challenging having to pick up the key from another location.
The unit and location were okay but the owner needs to mention in the ad that there is no air-conditioning especially when there is a heatwave in Paris. The first night was brutal due to the heat, then power went out the next morning so we left and got a room instead at the Hyatt down the street for the remaining 3 nights that we had the apartment for and never went back to the apartment. Oh well, money wasted on the...

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.」

「フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。 特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。 部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です 観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。」

「Had room 401 and it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The check in process was really easy and the instructions sent over were excellent. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests or from the street below. The location was really good too, close by bars, bistros and restaurants without being affected by lots of noise. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. Would stay here again for sure」
