"We travelled to the cabin to spend two days skiing. We wanted small, local slopes and a relaxed atmosphere, which we found. The house was warm and cosy on arrival. It was important for us to travel with our small dog and we were able to stay with him there, and were even given a gift bag for him on arrival at reception. Meiner Meinung nach zuviele Töpfe und Pfannen im Schrank, da kann man durchaus etwas aussortieren. An einer Stelle im Bad fällt langsam aber sicher die Farbe von der Wand (hinten an der Wanne). "Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Alles ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Das Chalet ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Couch- und Fernsehsituation könnte noch verbessert werden. "Die Berge zum Greifen nah, der Blick vom Esstisch entspannt zum nächsten Ausflug, das verarbeitete Holz lässt Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit fühlen. Ein zu Hause Gefühl entsteht. Sehr liebevolle Ausstattung. Der Alm Resort Service war sehr engagiert und menschlich herzlich. Ein paar Dinge im Küchenbereich könnten ergänzt werden, großes Sieb, Zitronenpresse. Es fehlen ein paar Steckdosen.. die Sessel am Tisch brauchen Nachfolger. Aber- es war wunderbar und wir kommen wieder."

"Hallo,der Aufenthalt war sehr schön bei dieser tollen Umgebung.Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Almdorf. Das Haus war gemütlich,nur leider war die große Fensterscheibe zur schönen Bergsicht kaputt.In zwei Schlafzimmern haben uns nachts die Silberfische besucht an den Wänden und Boden,was die Kinder und wir nicht so toll fanden. Es gab leider keine Gebrauchsanweisungen für den Kamin und der Infrarotkabine,was schade war. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub und es war alles im Haus was man brauchte....

COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein

"Very clean and modern but bare bones Sport-Hitel designed for families with young children and ski bums. The IKEA of hotels. Sparsely decorated, and the hotel staffing is, eh-hem, shall we say, inconsistent. The Ukrainian female clerk ignored my requests for anything I needed to be more comfortable and seemed almost deliberately unhelpful - but was pleasant and helpful to male Asian tourists. Eventually Expedia just gave me a credit for the problem. The male clerks provided additional pillows two days later but I was not given the queen bed I reserved , instead I had two twin beds that slid apart each night. The restaurant staff was excellent; friendly, helpful, attentive. You can walk or take the bus anywhere in the valley. The view of the alps from every room, the natural beauty of the area and the helpful restaurant staff makes one tolerant of the poor hotel staff in this remote region. Would stay at Hotel Vital instead next time. "

"The hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms were really great. We stayed for one night. Getting to the city center by public transport was quite easy from the hotel, and it's very close to the train station. My only negative feedback is that they charged an extra fee to leave luggage at the hotel. I've never encountered such a practice before. This wasn't even mentioned in the hotel's description."

"The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!"

"The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the room service breakfast was too. If you have larger luggage there is no need to carry yr luggage up a bunch of stairs only to get onto your room. There is a walkway entrance in the center of town that you can roll yr luggage up. "
