「This is a very nice house, spacious in a nice quiet area. Large back yard for everyone to enjoy. It has an office space if you need to work. 「The property was exactly as listed- very clean and cozy and the pool was wonderful! There is a shallow end and deep end of the pool, which was great for us with kids ages 7, 10, & 12. It was an easy 45min drive to the bottom Sequoia entrance, about 1.5hrs to the north entrance, and about 2.5-3hrs to Yosemite. There are restaurants nearby and Walmart is close, too. Highly recommend this property!」

「Lots of space, nice pool, happy with our stay. The home feels tired/used and is clearly a rental property, but met our needs. We used it as a base for Sequoia and King's Canyon, so we weren't there for the home itself. Very solid property that met expectations, but with some updates it could be much nicer. Easy check in (code lock, but anyone can access the backyard so make sure you lock the back door, no side gate/lock) Cons: DIRTY. Including dusty cobwebs. (Was told they deep clean after each stay…) I have pictures, but no way to upload. Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. 「This is a beautiful home in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The pool and floaties were a huge plus on the several 105 + degree days during my stay. The house is close to town for shopping and dining. The only surprise was no coffee-maker, but there was a tea kettle and an abundant supply of instant coffee, creamer, and sugar. Just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay again!」
