“Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Comfortable and large backyard perfect for whiffle ball games. 1 king bed with pull out sofa and air mattress. A/C was sufficient. Best part is how unique the property is with all the baseball paraphernalia on the walls. TVs are dated and not smart TVs but does have the normal local channels. Overall……

“We booked almost a year ago to have somewhere to stay while our son played at Dreams Park. Deb was very helpful when our dates changed and guided me through adjusting the booking. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and perfect for a couple visiting the area. I will say it was a bit further out than we were expecting, but we didn’t double check the address and I would rather go for comfort than location! We had a great experience. One note if you do book is to make sure to note the door……

“Absolutely loved staying at this property while our son played baseball at All-Star Village. Yes, it's a 22-25 minute drive to the fields, but honestly it really wasn't a hassle whatsoever for us. We loved being out in the country and sitting out back in the morning and listening to the sounds of the birds and the stream. Also loved taking walks out back down to the small pond. Cell service around the home is spotty, but they have excellent Wi-Fi and we never had any issues with getting calls……

“My son and I came out to the Catskills to hike the Bramley Mountain Trail and talk. Location was critical. Cost was a factor. We were so happy with our stay here. She's not much to look at from the outside, and I would not use the words "fancy" or "spa-like." But it was clean and comfortable and Sal was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything in the trailer works fine - we made frozen pizza in the oven and the fridge kept beer cold. I would highly recommend this place, the Bramley……

“For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available.
