“Large spacious apartment with a number of separate rooms/living spaces. Kitchen was well appointed, with several supermarkets in easy reach - watch out for Sunday closing though. Three different eating spaces in the flat, including a sunny roof terrace up about three flights of stairs. Very convenient location for all tourist spots in Jerez - we only needed to use our car once: everywhere else was within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars nearby. José was a perfect host: very helpful……

“Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol. Property manager was amazing and quick to answer any of our questions and to……

“Ha sido una buena experiencia lo del apartamento, porque yo siempre que he ido por esta zona he ido a Hoteles. Es un sitio tranquilo una zona muy bonita,la gastronomia de la parte de Cádiz, Rota,Sanlucar de Barrameda es escelente. Sobre la comida voy añadir que las personas que sean CELIACAS hay muchos restaurantes en los que pueden comer,lo digo porque mi hija es celiaca,en Sanlucar de Barrameda aconsejo este Restaurante El Bodegon de Lola todo SIN GLUTEN el pescadito buenísimo,la atencion……

“Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, surtout sa terrasse. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations sur la ville et la région. Par contre, le stationnement gratuit cause problème. Par chance, il y a beaucoup de stationnement payant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement. ,”

“Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien……

“The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails.”

“The owners very friendly. The house is not bad but it was a little abandoned. In the washing machine there was a nest of cockroaches. In the bathroom on the ground floor the same thing. We ourselves had to buy product to make them disappear. But the worst was the heat It is true that in the advertisement it did not say that it had air conditioning, but there are things that are taken for granted, if you go on vacation to Andalusia you know that there will be atmospheric heat, but the house……

“Me gustó mucho el personal lo amable que es y a quienes son por lo que volveré a ir a ese hotel. Lo que no me gustó son las actuaciones que terminan muy pronto y no dejan ningún DJ o música para seguir en modo de discoteca. Aconsejo que se llevéis o tenían algún tipo de repelente o matamosquitos el hotel en las habitaciones, nos matan a picotaso ”
