We zijn met 4 meiden van 18 jaar gegaan en we hebben een top vakantie gehad. De locatie was ideaal, prachtige omgeving en het trein station was op loopafstand ook is er een strand op loopafstand en allerlei winkeltjes. Ook waren de mensen van het appartement heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ruim en mooi appartement met nette schone badkamers en kamers. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het balkon en ook leuk om door de kassen te mogen lopen!

Het is van binnen een mooi huis, maar net niet af. Geen centrale verwarming, maar met losse verwarmingen was het wel warm genoeg. Het is een heel groot appartement, maar het galmt binnen ook erg. Wij waren er in de winter, dus we hebben niet buiten gezeten. Op balkon is wel ok, alhoewel slechtzittende stoelen. Beneden buiten is ronduit ongezellig. Het appartement ligt midden in een voorstadje van Napels en autorijden daar is wel een uitdaging (veel te smalle straten met 2-richtingverkeer waar dat eigenlijk niet kan). Gelukkig zit je zo op de snelweg, dan kun je alle kanten op. Het is wel een goede uitvalsbasis voor Napels en omgeving. De beheerder is heel aardig. Gratis WIFI, heel fijn. Al met al hebben we het er prima naar ons zin gehad.

Nur ca. 15 Gehminuten zur Circumvesuviana (S-Bahn), mit der man nach Sorrent,Nea ...

Nur ca. 15 Gehminuten zur Circumvesuviana (S-Bahn), mit der man nach Sorrent,Neapel, Pompei (Ausgrabungen), Herculaneum etc. fahren kann. Der Vorort Trecase grenzt unmittelbar an die Stadt Torre Annunziata die immerhin einen größeren Badestrand besitzt (wenn auch reltiv schmutzig). Ca. 10 Autominuten von der Ferienwohnung bis zum Strand. Das UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe Villa Oplontis ist ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Atemberaubende Ausgrabungsstätte (ganze Villa einer römischen Kaiserin). Ich glaube nicht, dass es auf der Welt noch so eine Region mit so viel unterschiedlichem Sehenswerten gibt (siehe unten). Keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung. Strand in Torre Annunziata verschmutzt und ungepflegt (immerthin gibt es hier aber einen). Für Urlaub mit Schwerpunkt Baden NICHT geeignet. Man hört ein wenig die nahegelegene Autobahn (war für uns aber kein großes Problem). Man sollte sich im klaren sein, dass es sich hier nicht um touristisch erschlossenes Gebiet sondern um eine Vorstadt von Neapel handelt

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, die paraat staan met extra info waar nodig. De directe omgeving (Trecase) is niet echt een ideale plaats om te vertoeven. In de ruime omgeving zijn er echter vele pareltjes om te ontdekken (denk maar aan Pompeii, Caserta, Caserta Vecchia, Ercolano, Paestum). Door de aanwezigheid van een halte van de Circumvesuviana kan je eveneens vlot de auto langs de kant laten en de 'metro' nemen.
