Located in upmarket Tremezzo, you are within easy reach of all amenities as the residence is positioned just 5 minutes approx walk from restaurants and bars and within easy reach of bus and ferry routes accessing all major villages from Bellagio to Como. 11 brand new apartments located in a sunny position, sleeping 2, 4, 6 and 8 guests and offers stylish living and an idyllic retreat set in acres of parkland, yet minutes from typical Italian living from authentic wine bars, salumeria, lake front cafes and restaurants providing an authentic lakeside experience. The residence boasts a huge outdoor pool, all year round heated jacuzzi, private balconies or terraces, enticing lake views, ample secure private parking and above all, the perfect haven to relax your batteries whilst embracing a little dolce vita!

Schöner Aufenthalt am Comer See

Insgesamt liegt die Anlage sehr schön oberhalb des Comer Sees und ist im Großen und Ganzen gut ausgestattet. Einige Dinge haben leider nicht funktioniert wie Lichter und Fernseher, was aber wohl eine unerwartete Situation war. Der Verwalter (Matteo) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our family of 2 adults and 4 children had a lovely week here. It was the perfect location whether staying and relaxing by the pool, or choosing to explore all that is on offer on Lake Como. We would definitely return.

It is easy to relax and enjoy life here. The apartment is placed very central not far from nice restaurants and boats to the towns by the lake. As already said we can only give our best recommendations and thanks to Matteo the host for this lovely place. We are looking forward to come back.
