「Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

「Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. The staff are all wonderful, and the restaurants are both phenomenal - they serve a mix of local dishes and non-local, with lots of wine options including wines from the property which are all amazing. 「Le stationnement gratuit est à 10 minutes de marche jusqu’à un garage souterrain difficile à trouver dans le trafic intense de la ville. L’hôtel est bruyant car route très fréquentée. Wifi gratuit seulement dans les aires communes. Le prix est cher compte tenu de ces désagréments mais la vue est très jolie.」
