"Das Personal wirkte bei Ankunft unmotiviert und gestresst. Die Zimmer sind schon klein, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Im Thema Sauberkeit kann noch nachgebessert werden. Im Zimmer waren u.a. Spinnenweben und Haare von einem anderen Gast. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es aber definitiv in Ordnung und Preis-Leistung stimmt."

Berlin is 40 mins away by direct metro to Alexandra plaza. Daily clean was efficient. Potstam also close 1hr or so. Food not tried.

"Super clean, big room, very quiet. Nice toiletries, TV with good channels. Breakfast was great and happy it had good gluten free options. Staff on site were very helpful. It is a good bit out of the city centre but close to the airport which is why I picked it. Tramline right outside and train station 10 min walk. Supermarket also right across the street Would recommend "

"The area was quiet but had no restaurants to dine. A medium size supermarket was near by which was only 3 minutes or so walking distance. This was very useful as we had a family apartment for four.
There is a bus stop right outside he apartment which was very convenient.
The apartment we got was on the ground floor. Very little sunlight and hence was relatively dark even during the day time.
The kitchen is well equiped."

"We stayed here as we had an activity close by. Very handy for Adlersof metro stop out of Berlin.
Room was a good size with a seperate lounge / kitchen area and very comfortable beds.
Staff were helpful and engaging.
The only downside was that the sofa bed had no blankets (soon rectified) and the shower drain was not working well (reported).
