La proprietà possiede tutti i comfort, proprio come a casa. L'ambiente è molto spazioso, pulito e profumato: si può godere di tanta tranquillità e anche della disponibilità e simpatia dell'host, la signora Gabriella e dei suoi gatti Rocco & Rocco.」

「Our accommodations in montepulciano was as wonderful as the area’s scenery. The place was clean, spacious and conveniently located to the old town for our party of four and Mery, our host, provided everything we could possibly need during our two night stay. She even offered to pick us up at the bus station when we arrived. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy our lodging and montepulciano’s charms.」

「Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location.」

Ein herzensguter Vermieter, der uns sogar das Geld zurück gab für den einen Tag der früheren Abreise, die private Gründe hatte. Kleiner Mangel : im 2. Schlafraum kein Insektenschutz und Autobahn ist bei ungüstigem Wind zu hören. Aber das ist Jammer auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns ins Städtchen verliebt!...

「The 180 degree view of the Tuscan countryside was worth the price all by itself. Franny was an accommodating and knowledgeable host. She worked to find a variety of shops and services for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone that can climb 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator, but pays for the view. Two suites, modern bathrooms and kitchen. The wine that one could get in the room was priced fairly and quite good.」
