Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. "The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. "Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Clean room on daily basis ; Staff were all friendly and helpful; Breakfast offers complete variety of an English breakfast; Bar is always open and have some entertainment (live bands and karaoke night) every weekend on summer time. The location itself is close to Jubilee pool, beach, penzance harbour, high street, park and walk to Newlyn (neighbouring town) along the promenade.
