“Quick trip to tour, Bethel University, and University of Tennessee of Martin. Beautiful house, quiet and convenient location. 5 min drive to most of the restaurants. If you are here for the stables and horse experience I’m sure you’ll be delighted. If you’re here for the cottage only then you’ll be disappointed as I was with the price/value versus product.”
