"From checking in and warm welcoming to the hotel was excellent and never experienced such great hospitality and services we had from the get go! Cleaning the rooms from the staff was extremely helpful and going beyond what you need for help around the city and WiFi is excellent everywhere you go on the property. The breakfast buffet I highly recommend everyone MUST have! I’ll be rebooking every year for this hotel rated 3 Star but with the experience I had I rate them 5 Star hotel. Please give a good big tip (Please be very generous with your tip) people there are making a living from tipping, please consider and put in your thoughts ❤️ for the workers there they are working so hard to make everyone happy!"

"Another wonderful stay at The Reverie Saigon! This is my third time staying here in two years and it is one of my favourite hotels in Asia, however, no one seemed to know that I had stayed multiple times. I believe it would have been nice touch to see the appreciation of my loyalty returned with an acknowledgement that I have stayed multiple times. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have this information in advance and inform the staff. Even a personalized note saying welcome back would have gone a long way! Other than that, wonderful attentive staff, great food/drink/service/ambience and location."

"The best staff I have ever met in this part of the world. Hotel is a real four star with a bit small rooms but the quality of the service, the level of hospitality and the ease of 24 Hrs stay is great. I do advise the property who is looking for a home type hotel in Ho Chi Minh City."
