“I have stayed at a lot of budget inns along 95 traveling from NJ to Disney every year. Most are tolerable as we're just looking for a bed to sleep in. I thought the great reviews for this location had to be exaggerated, but they are not! This was by far the nicest budget-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, and even nicer than some more expensive options.Very clean and comfortable rooms. Don't pass this gem up. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“We came to Gainesville, VA because my aunt passed. The woman at the desk when we arrived was nice. I left as soon as we got there at 10pm, Around 11:30pm a man walked into the room. My mother thought it was me coming back so she said “back so soon?” Then she heard him mumbling and he thankfully left. When I did return it was very late and she was still awake and told me what happened. Neither of us slept much that night! In the morning, I went to the front desk and told the woman what……

“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“Place needs a whole renovation, my room key stopped working after the first day and I had to constantly ask them to fix my key so I could be in my room, staff was great but the place isn’t the best to stay at, way better places to stay at but if you are on budget and need a place to sleep it’s enough, just not enjoyable or clean ”

“The breakfast was decent. There was a roach that my mom saw in our room 2 times. And I had a ant in mine. Like usual with most hotels, I found some stains on the comforter. Thats why I never use them in hotels, cuz I know more than likely they are rarely cleaned. And that maybe the same with the sheets. I always look for signs of uncleanliness.”

“The Publisher was a great surprise, hotel is beautiful and quite they welcomed our 70lb Australian Shepherd. We had pre dinner drinks in the bar and dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend in the hotel restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here!”
