The detached house is located in the quiet district of Sovlja in Tribunj, just 30 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the beach.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a safe and a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The living area is air-conditioned and also has a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. The bathroom offers a shower, sink and toilet.

The balcony with garden furniture is ideal for relaxation. You can also use the boat berth (for a fee). Parking spaces are available.

Next to the apartment there is a pizzeria and a restaurant. The center and other shops are one kilometer away. The nearest locality called Vodice is three kilometers away.
