After staying in small hotels in Paris and London, the oversized room and bathroom were an absolute delight. Very clean. The bar off the lobby was fun. Great cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The location of the hotel was PERFECT. We loved the short drive to the castle, pubs, and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Room so spacious and bed so comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff . Breakfast was delicious , plenty of choices to choose from. Free car parking. Definitely be back Thank you

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, we had a lovely breakfast good food and variety. Used the swimming facilities twice, only complaint was the jacuzzi was out of action. Also had a steam room, sauna and spa area.

Hotel was lovely and staff welcoming. Not great selection for food in bar... asked before arriving and when i was there if we could book table in bar for evening meal. Was told no. Then when we went that evening we were told that we mitnt get table as there were other bookings before us. Pool was good but very busy and noisy with kids swimming lessons on

Extremely helpful customer service. Excellent check-in time. The only issue we had was a cooling system in our room which took a long time (several hours) to resolve. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay. We have to leave early from the hotel and the hotel made sure they had a take away breakfast ready for us.

Very large hotel that is way past its best, tired furnishings & poor customer service! Arrived at 1:45 for a 3pm check in, staff didn't offer to see if room was ready yet and told us check in from 3pm. Postives.....big room & comfortable bed. Negatives.....furniture and bathroom were in desperate need of updating, there was only 1 bottle of water and 1 packet of biscuits even though there was 2 of us - don't get me wrong this didnt make or break our holiday but its poor service! Breakfast was very poor compared to others we stayed at. This was our last stop on a 16 night tour of and the worst stay we had!
