「Overall we were slightly disappointed (is there a better word?). I realize we didn't pay for a 500 place, so we shouldn't expect that. The floors were a kind of dirty, but everything else seemed clean. The age of the place shows. It is nothing more or less than stated, but the story told isn't the reality I expected (my fault for reading more into it).The third bedroom is really a living room (as stated) with a strange couch (we thought fold out sleeper sofa). It slept fine but had no sheets...

「We enjoyed our stay very much in this perfectly located home. Everything was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the farmers market. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful garden which you can enjoy sitting the deck with chairs and loungers as well as a bbq grill to just relax outside. 」

「I was not expecting the mandatory choice of 59 for insurance or 1,500 for a cleaning deposit. Compared to other properties, this seems excessive. Other than that, the property was fantastic, the location was perfect and the views were amazing. Great experience overall. 」

「This rental ended up being even cuter than the photos! Note that it is a duplex. We didn't have any neighbors during our stay. Nice and clean, and we very much appreciated that the place and the linens didn’t smell of cleaner or fragrances. Great location close to Redwood National Park and the ocean.
