Lobby locked requiring check in to a small hole, problem with door keys, no access to drinks or snacks, no breakfast, do cups for coffee at room machine, No hand rails in bath/ shower, no towel bars, no bottled water, Room deposit required for incidentals although nothing to buy. Indication it for damages as well. At checkout requested agent to inspect the room. No document obtained to verify inspection and no damages incurred. ……
