5 night stay

Very good value for money, plenty of free parking and a 30 minute walk (down hill) to St Helier. Room was a little dated but large with comfortable beds and serviced to a high standard every day. We ate in the Blacksmiths Arms twice, good food and value for money. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we would stay again. A big thank you to Norberto and his team

First hotel this year on Jersey

Ideal for a few days and very easy to find. Quick check-in and room was ready despite early arrival. Great breakfast served very hot and well attended by staff. I have now booked a couple more stays this year at this hotel so keep up the good work.

Nice one night stay.

We only stayed one night but everything was ok. Quick check in, room was clean and tidy, if not slightly dated, but served our needs. Bed comfy, hospitality tray etc. Good bathroom. Wi-fi ok, not much of a view, but didn’t matter. Plenty of on site parking. We ate in the Blacksmiths Arms adjacent to the hotel, had a really nice meal in there We had to be up and out early as catching a flight so we did not have breakfast. Staff pleasant and friendly. Would stay again.

While it looks a little dated in places, it was clean comfortable and by Jersey standards very good value. The cooked breakfast was good and the restaurant next door does good good food of an evening

Lovely little gem in Jersey.

Lovely location and plenty of parking which is a bonus in Jersey. Staff were attentive and breakfast was well cooked. Our rooms were serviced to a very high standard each day. Couldn’t really fault it. Would definitely stay at Oaklands Lodge again.

Nice hotel felt it was stuck in the 80s/early 90s , Could do with maybe a little bit of live entertainment instead of playing or seems to play same CDS/TAPES , Could do with maybe bigger tv in bedrooms Maybe Menu could better even though did have a menu on broad to ,But the food was good Close to Zoo and other interests , Very quite location ,

Good accommodation - shame about the food.

The room was fine although having smokers congregate and chat below the window wasn't wonderful. The biggest drawback was the food. There was an extensive menu but the choices felt very dated - definitely not up to scratch for the usual calibre of Jersey food. A real positive was the amount of car parking.

Excellent pour un deux étoiles

Hotel agréable , très bon restaurant, service chaleureux .A conseiller . Il conviendrait néanmoins de préciser les informations affichées sur votre site, notamment la gratuité des petits-déjeuners qui ne semblait pas avoir été comprise par la direction de l'hôtel. Cette dernière a été toutefois compréhensive et ne nous a réclamé aucun supplément. Bravo et merci à eux!

Ne pas hésiter.

J'étais en compétition à quelques kilomètres de là. Chambres agréable, accueil sympath, calme la nuit. Coté restaurant c'est mieux que certains face à la mer... Cuisine locale agréable. Les photos sur le net ne sont pas très valorisantes pour eux, alors que sur place c'est bien plus sympath. Pratique si vous détestez le labyrinthe et embouteillages de Saint-hélier

Nice hotel close to st helier

Stayed for a long weekend. Friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas. Good food, cooked fresh for you. Need a car if you stay as the bus is not as reliable as some of the other routes.
