Gorgeous Room, but Clear Up Check-In early.
Our physical stay at The Evergreen Suite was wonderful, though the pre-arrival communication regarding check-in times caused unnecessary travel stress.
The Highlights: The suite is tastefully decorated, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. The private bathroom was pristine. On-site, Michaela was an absolute delight. Warm, welcoming, and the definition of East Coast hospitality.
The Catch: Coordinating arrival was incredibly frustrating. We were told after booking, and after the non-refundable date has passed, that there was a strict cutoff for arrivals, making it very difficult when balancing fixed flight arrivals and a three-hour highway drive. We had to push back significantly just to get the digital keypad door codes so we could access the room, and later shamed publically online for arriving later than intended.
The property itself is a gem, but ensure you secure your entry codes well in advance.
