“it's far away from the city but the metro station is really close. You can also take the bus number 140 to city. Although the staff can't speak English well, they are very helpful and kindness. The comfortable of room just fine, through you can hear the voice from the people who stay next to you.I wouldn't recommend their breakfast, but it's good enough for this room rate. You can easily find the restaurant, supermarkets and self-laundry shops around this area which is also very safe as well.”

Front desk staff was very thoughtful and friendly as well specially the last day of our stay. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. We definitely will come back.”

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars.”

“Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo! This was perfect for us to start our BA vacation. Leandro and Pablo were so helpful with everything including local recommendations. The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet is huge and lovely. We spent and afternoon ready with a glass of wine in the library. The rooms are wonderful. The best part...the shower. Amazing water pressure! Honestly, the best shower of my life!!! Cannot say enough about this hotel!”

“Hotel is renovated from old building, very high ceiling. Interior decoration is black and white with Tango theme. Very wonderful strong shower head. Location is convenient for walking tour/ bus/ subte. Wonderful view from roof top bar. ”

“We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend……
