Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace, balconies and outside area of the house.

One night stays are surcharged +30%. For two or more night stays there is no surcharge

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance. Pets are extra charged 11 EUR a night per pet.
