“The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged……

“Bel appartement pour 4 personnes il faut préciser dans le descriptif qu’il est au 4 eme sans ascenseur: Quelques détails à corriger : La lunette de WC à refixer, la poignée de porte de la cuisine à resserrer, la porte de la douche dans la chambre ne ferme pas et celle de l’autre chambre non plus: ça manque cruellement de porte serviette dans les douches et enfin il faut régler l’eau chaude des douches qui est beaucoup trop chaude Cordialement Jean Paul Eckenfelder”

“This flat is a gem!! Fantastic location, clean space, super comfortable bed, all the basics needed for self catering if you want, and loads of hot water for the awesome shower. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the historic district, 5 minutes from Parque Bonfim, and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the small park and have a pizza at the cafe. It’s fabulous. We highly recommend this property!!”
