「Good apartment, good location. Although we payed a huge amount of money on cleaning fees, the apartment was not that clean, and it looked like is was closed for a long time. 「Upon check in we discovered the apartment was full of dead flies. Maybe cleaned a few months ago, but not pre-check-in. We vacuumed the flies, and realised the vacuum cleaner absolutely stinks....like really un-usable bad. The flies soon came back, there is a problem in the kitchen (cupboard near the window) and downstairs bathroom (drain on floor) ...30/40 new flies a day. Disgusting. 「Was an amazing stay! The apartment was beautifully renovated and clean. The amenities were also great. Having a small side balcony and the roof terrace was exceptional and had views of the water as well as Setubal and the mountains. Definitely recommend listening to all of Pedro's tips for activities, restaurants, etc! All of his recommendations were excellent.」

「The property is a real gem in Setubal, Portugal. The charm of a victorian era house while still maintaining coziness, and modern amenities. The location is very well placed at the end of the main boulevard and easy walking distance to the central historic district, Bonfim park, or the beach.
