“Good apartment, good location. Although we payed a huge amount of money on cleaning fees, the apartment was not that clean, and it looked like is was closed for a long time. We stayed there in November and the bed had summer sheets. In other hand, the kitchen was very well equipped and it had all the amenities we needed.”

“Upon check in we discovered the apartment was full of dead flies. Maybe cleaned a few months ago, but not pre-check-in. We vacuumed the flies, and realised the vacuum cleaner absolutely stinks....like really un-usable bad. The flies soon came back, there is a problem in the kitchen (cupboard near the window) and downstairs bathroom (drain on floor) ...30/40 new flies a day. Disgusting. Window blinds on both upstairs windows are broken and do not open, they are mouldy too. The extractor fan……

“Was an amazing stay! The apartment was beautifully renovated and clean. The amenities were also great. Having a small side balcony and the roof terrace was exceptional and had views of the water as well as Setubal and the mountains. Definitely recommend listening to all of Pedro's tips for activities, restaurants, etc! All of his recommendations were excellent.”

“En general bien, aunque hay cosas a mejorar. Solamente hay calefacción por aire en la habitación del tercer piso, con lo que en la sala (segundo piso) y cocina (primer piso) hace frio en esta época (fin de año). Nos dijeron que tampoco tenían ningún radiador eléctrico disponible, ofrecieron mantas pero no llegaron s enviarlas. La puerta corredera del baño de la habitación se atasca, necesita ser reparada.”

“Choisissez cet établissement SEULEMENT si vous cherchez à vivre à moins de 30 mètres d’un club/bar, si vous souhaitez entendre la musique très forte de 10h à 5 h du matin sans arrêt et que vous avez encore envie de l’entendre à partir de 15h l’après-midi tout aussi forte !!Ce n’était pas notre cas. Nous avons choisi d’y séjourner une seule nuit au lieu de deux et malgré notre insatisfaction, nous n’avons pas eu de remboursements autre que les frais de ménage.
