Beautiful family apartment with large terrace facing the sea.
On the first floor of a quiet residence, this beautiful modern apartment is located at 1 minute walking distance from one of the most beautiful cove of Martinique: l'Anse Mitan.
The vast terrace overlooks the turquoise water of the cove and will allow you to admire the spectacular sunsets of the island's Caribbean coast.
Composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room, this apartment is ideal for family holidays in Martinique.
You have a private garage for 2 cars.

Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.
At the exit of the airport, turn right at the roundabout, towards SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and go straight on. After about 12 kilometers, (pay attention to the radars!) Take the exit towards TROIS-ILETS.
Carry on straight for 5,3 kilometers (pay attention to the radar!). At the first roundabout, go straight. At the second roundabout, follow the direction towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Cross the city center to access the next roundabout. Go straight, you are driving alongside the golf, which is located on your right.
At the next roundabout, take the first exit and follow the direction towards POINTE DU BOUT. Carry on 1,9km. At the next roundabout, take the first exit.
Follow the main street (rue des Bougainvilliers) up to the Rent a Car roundabout (the hotel la Pagerie is just in front of you). Take the third exit on your left. Then, turn on the first road (rue des Amandiers) on your left. Once seeing the Café de Paris on your left, continue until you access the little car park in front of you. The residence is located on your right when looking at the sea from the car park. Go up a few steps to access the first floor of the building. The D6 flat will be on your left in the entrance hall.
