The natural surroundings are perfect for getaways: follow in the footsteps of the Indigenous peoples, go for a swim and stroll along the volcanic beaches of Bananier and Grande-Anse, unwind in the hot springs of Dolé after exploring the Carbet Falls and Grand Étang, and discover the famous and stunning Terre-de-Haut Bay, just about twenty minutes away by boat. Excellent

A very welcoming special place with infinite possibilities to entertain. The house is surrounded by a magnificent view that can be enjoyed from inside and outside. It is well equipped with modern utilities that makes staying in enjoyable. When you open all the sliding doors facing the ocean and the front door the air moves through the house making it very comfortable.

Privacy and fantastic views - no better place in Guadeloupe for us

We (ages 64, 40, 38 and 11) spent 12 perfect days in Villa Joulouka which we found to be better than advertised. The villa is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, offering complete privacy and security. The villa is very spacious and quite beautiful and well-thought through. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable in the villa. The views from the villa are unbeatable - clear views to Les Saintes, but also towards Marie Galante and the south coast of Guadeloupe proper. The pool in the garden is not big - but it is there. We were welcomed by our host who kindly made sure that both the villa and dinner was ready on our arrival - much appreciated after a long journey. Only "downside" to the location is that a car is absolutely necessary - the villa is not really in walking distance from shops or beaches. You would, of course, need a car to get around the island anyway, so to us, that did not matter. All in all; a great stay for us - and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Guadeloupe.
