Great check in experience. For under $100, its the Ritz Carlton and I expect no less. Hotel last updated during the Nixon presidency. 」

「This property was everything we were hoping for for our family stay. We (from SC) met with family from Ohio and Maryland over Thanksgiving. Kitchen had all the dishes needed to cook and served a traditional thanksgiving meal. There was plenty to do on property for the variety of ages that stayed. Only negative comment, the outlets in the living room kept tripping the breaker, but host was very communicative in helping resolve the issue.」

「The property was as advertised. There are lots of activities for kids, tens, and adults. The owner was very easy to work with and checked on us (via email) while we were there to make sure everything was going well.」

The amenities for the kids were perfect, and the adults truly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This property is in a great location, with several things to do in the Troutman/Lake Norman area. Or, if you prefer, there is plenty to keep you busy and never leave the property.」

「Very close to events we were attending. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items and attendant kept all foods supplied. Area was very clean. Staff was pleasant. The accessible room would have worked better if it had a walk in shower not a tub. With a hand held shower head and a seat. Many handicapped people who use a wheelchair can not lift their leg over a tub.and need a shower seat because they can’t stand up for any length of time. 」
